Incredible Colors
The tour starts by 5:30 PM at the departure station of the cable car at an altitude of 1,923m.
From here, you continue aboard special 4X4 buses up to the maximum altitude allowed by the authorities, currently set at about 3,000m, traveling along the only existing road, exclusively owned by Funivia dell’Etna and accessible only to our vehicles.
Throughout the excursion, the guided service is guaranteed by Alpine and Volcanological Guides, in compliance with current regulations.
The excursion will take you to the craters of the 2002 eruption and to the edge of the immense Valle del Bove, to experience the emotion of the sunset with the incredible colors that the volcano takes on.
